2023-2024 NHL Upper Deck Series One Hobby balíček je balenie 12 hokejových kariet. 

Hlavná séria Upper decku prišla na významné zmeny. Počet kariet v balíčku je vyšší, s tým narástla aj cena. V balíčku nájdete však vyšší počet inzertov (3 na balíček) a bol zvýšený počet paralelných verzií v sete (štyri nové paralelky, z čoho 3 sú limitované). Počet rookies na box zostal zachovaný (v priemere šesť kariet) v boxe.

Series one je asi najzbieranejším setom od Upper Decku. Zahŕňa 250 kariet, z čoho 198 je veteránov, 49 Young Guns a tri checklist karty. Ako sme spomenuli vyššie, sú pridané nové paralelné verzie: 

• Outburst Silver 
• Deluxe (#'d to 250) 
• Outburst Red (#'d to 25) 
• Outburst Gold (#'d 1-of-1) 

Zaujímavosti o Series one sete: 

• Ostávajú veľmi populárne Exclusives (#'d to 100), High Gloss (#'d to 10) a Clear Cut (Hobby-exclusive) paralelky. V sete budú tiež Young Guns limitované 1 of 1. 
• Tešiť sa môžete aj na UD Portraits cards! Najnovšia verzia tohto klasického inzertu ukazuje hviezdne veterány a rookies, aké ste ešte nevideli. Žiadne dva portréty nie sú rovnaké. 
• V každom boxe nájdete v priemere jeden UD Portrait. Môžete ale tiež nájsť Silver Frame (#'d to 99) a Red Frame (#'d to 25) paralelnej verzie, ale aj printing plates. 
• UD Canvas je tiež veľmi obľúbený medzi zberateľmi - vracia sa a bude obsahovať najväčšie súčasné hviezdy spoločne s najlepšími Young Guns. Séria 1 obsahuje prvých 120 kariet z tohto "intra setu". Nájdite 4 karty v každom boxe. V hobby verzii nájdete Black & White parallelky rovnako ako printing plates od všetkých 120 kaiet. 
• A pozor: hľadajte tiež super vzácne hard signed ( a hand numbered) UD Canvas Signature karty. 

Nové insertné sety: 

• 200' x 85': Každá karta v tomto sete ukazuje hráča (hviezdneho veterána, či top rookie) s pozadím hokejového štadióna s Lite FX. V priemere sú dva v boxe. Môžete nájsť v týchto verziách Gold, Red (#'d to 99) a Black (#'d 1-of-1). 
• Special Edition: Každá z týchto kariet ukazuje súčasnú hviezdu, či top rookie v elegantnom dizajne. Okrem štandardnej verzie môžete nájsť aj Red či Gold (#'d to 50) parallelku. 
• Star Surge: Tento set ukazuje tzv. Rising stars. Okrem štandardných verzií nájdete opäť aj vzácne Red Die-Cut a Gold Die-Cut (#'d to 25) paralelnej verzie. 
• Star Zone: Tento set je zostavený z hviezdnych veteránov. Opäť Red a Gold (#'d to 50) paralky. 
• Stat Box Fillers: Tento checklist obsahuje hviezdy, ktoré majú skvelé štatistiky. Môžete naraziť aj na Gold paralelu a printing plate. 
• Teacher's Pet: Toto má byť zábavný set. Karta má zvýrazniť určitý skill, pre ktorý je daný hráč známy. Okrem štandardnej verzie je tiež u Veselého draka k dispozícii verzia Gold a printing plate.
